NSW public schools continuously implement Department of Education policies and maintain evidence to that effect.
The online A-Z Policy Implementation Tool (AZT) is designed to assist schools to manage the implementation of policies and related processes within the school context. The tool will assist schools to:
- monitor policy implementation, reporting requirements and school identified reviews of policies
- streamline policy management through distribution of tasks enabling a culture of distributive leadership
- complete tasks to meet department reporting requirements
- maintain compliance and accountability processes by providing ease of access and storage for evidence of implementation.
