The P&C is an incorporated, non for profit organisation that is highly involved in the activities of the school.
The P&C is a friendly and active group of parents and citizens committed to the well-being of the students attending Dee Why Public School.
The P&C is involved in a range of activities including:
- Operation of the school uniform shop to provide quality uniforms at a reasonable cost
- Fundraising for school priority areas
- Input in governance, policies and procedures of the school
- Discussion of current school and educational issues
Membership cost is $1. This provides you with information about the school. Via email you will receive meeting minutes, notice of P&C activities, fundraising and special announcements.
Meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month (during Term) at 7.30pm in the school library. All welcome.
The P&C is a voluntary association. As a member you will have access to a lot of information. If you would like to be involved in activities, it's up to you. For those who want to get involved any contribution of you time and help is welcomed. Everyone has something to offer and all assistance is valued.
